Inner wheel Club of Hiranandani Estate was formed on 28th May 2005. In these 10 years the club and its activities have grown many folds.We work towards Women empowerment and their health education and vocation. Enlightening the life of special children . Providing support to the Old age homes and a Special support to schools in our endeavour to make them Happy Schools and many other such projects . Our Past Presidents have laid down a strong foundation by following the IIW objects of promoting true friendship and encouraging the idea’s of personal service to all strata of society . We look ahead to taking small but firm steps to touch as many lifes as possible and to make a difference .

UntitledAnimedh Charitable Trust (ACT)
 works in the area of the Women’s empowerment by providing financial support and social services to needy women as well as the girl child. We commend the Kshamata NGO team for their tireless work of rescue and rehabilitation of the women in distress. Since our inception in 2012, ACT has supported the excellent work done at Kshamata and have provided sponsorship for rescue, counselling and vocational training of the women who are victims of human trafficking.  Together we ‘ACT to make a difference’ and transform lives of the identified beneficiaries at an individual level. Our belief is that the above efforts will enable scores of girls and women to enhance their ability along with their dignity and fulfil their dreams of a better tomorrow. We wish the Kshamata Team more success in enabling the transformations of their beneficiaries.

Animedh Charitable Trust (ACT)

kindledspiritKindled Spirit is a UK based NGO registered with the UK Charity Commission, Kindled Spirit is a dedicated initiative with the sole aim of raising awareness and supporting the victims of trafficking, especially children. Kindled Spirit identifies professionally run, non-government organisations (NGO’s) around the world, which seek additional funding and other programme support in line with our aims and objectives. The organisation has 4 key objectives:

  • Promote human rights
  • Support NGO’s within the anti human trafficking arena across the globe
  • Educate, by raising awareness of the horrors of human trafficking
  • Campaign for change

Kindled Spirit

Stichting OO&BW, from The Netherlands, is committed primarily for projects to support young people who have few opportunities from their situation to develop. These are young people from environments where everything is focused on survival, girls’ education which is seen as less desirable, or victims of child labour, trafficking, etc. While many local expertise and knowledge of the context, the commitment and the people to improve the situation of these young people, the Foundation supports projects with financial resources which often lack.

Bright Eyes partners with established organisations across the world who are dedicated to the rescuing of children and young woman at risk. Its mission is to be strategic partners in the provision of aftercare for children and young woman who are survivors of abuse and exploitation by creating channels of support through not-for-profit fundraising events. Bright Eyes is a voice for the voiceless and the most vulnerable.

pravinMr. Praveen Gogia is a senior professional in information technology and services. Business graduate from IIM Bangalore and over 34 years Mr. Gogia shares deep insights about the market dynamics. Mr. Gogia was honoured with prestigious Awards including Accenture ACE award for valuable contribution at work, “Accelerating Outsourcing” award by Kevin Campbell, Group Chief Executive – Outsourcing, Accenture and Selected for the Accenture Global Leadership Development Program (LDP). Even with his busy schedule, Mr. Gogia is extremely passionate towards helping various social causes and has contributed over the years to various charitable organisation.

SharatMr. Sharat Bansal is senior advisor in the consulting practice having earlier served as Advisory leader and Global relationship partner for some key clients. He returned to PwC India in 2008 and served as Advisory Leader and member of PwC’s India Leadership Team. In his earlier stint of about 10 years with PwC Management Consulting Services he established several new practices like Strategy, Supply chain and Operations, Customer Relationship Management Human Capital Management etc and was the leader of   Management Consulting when he shifted to IBM. Sharat is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore

Mr. Bansal is married to Malini Bansal who herself has a career spanning 34 years with IDBI Bank and is now Chief General Manager at the banks HQ. While the family has focused on their professional life so far, they have contributed over the years to various charities. Now ready for their second innings, Mr. & Mrs. Bansal will also like to contribute to society as best their expertise and experience will permit.

A seasoned professional, he has more than 38 years of experience in manpower management at highest levels across HR functions in reputed organizations such as Voltas Ltd, The East India Hotels Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd, Bharat Shell Limited and SAP India Pvt. Ltd. An MBA from the prestigious IIM, Ahmedabad, and Marcel has a great passion for HR and actively supports and works with the National HRD Network. His passion is working with Gen Y and he spearheaded a Mentoring programme for HR students in one of Mumbai’s leading business schools apart from being a mentor/coach to several HR and other professionals and working closely with CII and EFI on employability issues. Marcel is very actively involved in giving back to the profession and served as Regional President for the National HRD Network, and as a Member of the Board too. He was honored with the Award for being of ONE OF INDIA’s GREATEST HR PROFESSIONALS as well as The NHRD President’s Award & Lifetime Achievement Award for serving the HR fraternity.
